Refund Policy

Your purchase is eligible for return or replacement under the following conditions:

  1. In case of an incorrect product delivery, where the received item does not match the description on the website or an entirely different product was delivered.

  2. If the product you receive exhibits a genuine quality or manufacturing defect, or if it arrives damaged.

Please be aware that our products are meticulously crafted by skilled artisans, each one being unique due to the handmade nature. As a result, slight variations in color, shape, or size may occur, which are not considered defects and do not qualify for return or replacement.

Please note that preorders cannot be cancelled, and orders containing preordered items will be dispatched together as a complete order.

Considering the distinctive characteristics of our products, we retain the discretion to determine the appropriate resolution for each case. Each return or exchange request is handled on an individual basis.

Kindly be informed that refunds cannot be issued in cases where an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided, or if there have been three unsuccessful delivery attempts by our shipping agency, or if the recipient declines the package. We are willing to resend the package upon payment of a shipping fee of Rs. 100/- by the customer.

If your purchase aligns with our stated return criteria, please send an email to info@clayandhearth.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include the following information:

  • Order number

  • Delivery address

  • Unboxing Video

  • Specify the reason for the return. In case of a defective or incorrect product, please also attach an image of the item to the email.

Regrettably, we cannot consider any emails or images sent after 48 hours from the delivery.

If a genuine defect is identified in the product, we would be glad to either exchange it for a replacement or issue a credit note for the order amount within 7-10 working days after the product is collected from the provided address.

In exceptional cases where we are unable to provide a replacement for your ordered product, we will inform you and subsequently process a store credit equivalent to the paid amount within 7-10 business days.

Should you discover any signs of tampering with the package, we kindly request that you do not accept the item. Instead, return the package to the delivery person before signing the Proof of Delivery (POD).
